    3-Day Refund Policy

    Thank you for shopping at Tycoon Biz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 3-day refund policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:  

    Eligibility for Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. This timeframe begins from the date of delivery confirmed by the shipping carrier.
    • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Any signs of wear, use, or alteration will void the refund.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
    • Certain items may be excluded from our refund policy due to hygiene reasons or other specific conditions. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. (e.g., earrings, personalized items, etc - list any exclusions here).

    Refund Process:

    1. Contact Us: You must first contact us at [your email address or phone number] within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: We will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Do not ship the item back without an RA number.
    3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
    4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
    5. Refund: If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.   

    Late Returns:

    • Returns received after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
